Our talented head chef insists on using only locally sourced produce, prepared and cooked fresh on site every day.

Our meat comes from the famous, multi-award-winning Fraser Brothers butchers in Dingwall High Street, established in 1888 – holders of the titles “North of Scotland Haggis Champion”, “Scottish Black Pudding Champion” and “North of Scotland Beef Champion”, to name but a few.

All dietary requirements catered for.

Our busy baristas have some tasty treats for you in our popular coffee bar, which is out of bounds to anyone who is watching their waistline!

Brews of choice in our coffee bar are flavoursome, ethically sourced Melco Fine Coffee blends, served up by experienced and amiable baristas who have qualified through the Melco Training Academy.

Delicious home baked goods straight from the kitchen; scones, shortbread and tablet.

Enjoy vegan and gluten free treats too.
